Anxiety and Depression Counseling
It’s normal to want to avoid the discomfort that comes with anxiety and depression (or any life challenge). But what if staying comfortable wasn’t the only goal? What if, instead, you could use that discomfort to grow and evolve?
That’s what we work on together in depression and anxiety counseling. Not only will it help you develop new coping skills and feel more hope and peace about the future, but it will teach you how to use the difficult and uncomfortable things you’re feeling today to become a more confident, fulfilled version of yourself — no matter what life throws at you.

Trauma Therapy
My approach to trauma therapy is highly individualized. I’ll start not only by helping you identify your goals for therapy but also which additional tools or interventions might be most helpful for you. These may include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), meditation or mindfulness exercises, or other methods.
From there, we’ll work together to unpack your experiences, find ways to cope with and heal from them, and help to restore your self-esteem and outlook on life as you move forward into a brighter, more hopeful future.
